Ans-being active is very important for every individual in his daily life.it will help them for doing their daily activities freely.getting older is a physiological phenomenon where the older adults faces a challenge for doing the daily task such as getting up of the chair,walking etc.with old age muscles of our body weakens so exercise is very much needed for maintaining mobility.for the active older adults aerobic exercise is important every day for 10-20 mins.for the adults who are at risk for fall they need assistance of caregiver while doing exercise.cardiac patients and other old age person with a chronic disease also can do exercise.this will help them to get rid of symptoms of the disease.at first slowly exercise should be introduced for the older adults.doing exercise will help to increase mobility for them as well as reducing the chances of getting hypertension,diabetes,Coronary heart disease etc.
