Answer: Being fit is very important. Fitness involves staying healthy and in a disease free condition. To become fit, it is important that we should be able to eat healthy and stay healthy. Some of the fitness plan includes exercising, eating healthy foods and meditation.
To remain fit, one has to be very particular about the diet. We should consume more nutritional foods. Food should be less in saturated fats because it increase bad cholesterol in our body. One should avoid caffeinated drinks and beverages. Fast food as well as oily food should be completely eliminated. These things increases the risk of cancer as well as more chronic diseases.
To stay healthy and fit, it is important to indulge in physical activities such as walking, jogging or exercising. It has been found that minimum 35 minutes of walk can provide benefits to the body as well as mind. It is important to have sound sleep. This will keep mind healthy and fresh. Exercising maintains the body weight, blood sugar level as well as blood pressure. It reduces the risk of chronic diseases.
Intake of protein rich foods, fibers as well as multi nutritive foods such as spinach, broccoli, fish etc provides good source of nutrients to the body. So, healthy lifestyle could lead us to stay fit and in a diseases free condition.
