76. Ues the amount of calcium in bones of healthy person is affected by their average calcium intake. If a person do not take enough calcium in the diet on average basis his body starts taking it from the bones to ensure regular cell function which can lead to weekend bones or osteoporosis.

77. Dairy Products are definitely good sources of calcium. Other than this calcium rich sources includes Curry Leaves, Carom seeds , Green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, Ragi flour, Radish leaves, spinach, Fruits such as waterchestnut, oranges atc. Chicken and fish are also good sources of calcium.

78. Peak bone mass is the maximum bone strength and mass . Peak bone mass is aquired between 20 to 30 years of age. If intake of alcium is insufficient in first 3 decades of life the person may not achieve desired weight and it is associated with low peak bone mass. That person is not able to achieve his full genetic potential and it may cause bone loss at younger ages.

79. After the age of 30 bone resorption slowly exceeds the formation of new bones. Bone loss is fastest after menopause in females and continues in old age. Men are at low risk of bone loss as compared to females however at the age of 65 men loss the bone mass at the same rate as females. So diet rich in calcium should be eaten to compensate the bone loss.
