Opponents of surrogate parenting destroying the connection of the facts between the genetic, gestational and rearing patterns of parentage. proponents view surrogate parenting as a human in an ethical way that infertile people reproduce.
2, It was violated because assistive reproductive techniques guidelines are violated, it leads problems in nationality, citizenship, parentage, motherhood, and rights of a child.
3, code of provisions prohibit the surrogate parent and it made criminal penalities and entails serious pitfalls. code of provisions interpretative statement violates surrogate parenting.
4, Nursing practice impacted by this development by 2025 due to technology and scientific advancement in health care, it makes changes in genetics, genomics and changes the population needs. there will be issues in nursing practice in the field of social, psychological, physical, cultural and spiritual and behaviors, there will be the risk in general health outcome and affect the areas of fertility, birth outcome, and pregnancies. nursing practice will face the challenges to overcome this problem.
