=-955000-108000 + [{(27.80-18.25)*134000 – 530,000 – 191,000}(1-24%)+191000]*PVAF(12%, 5 years) + 112000(1-24%)*PVF(12%, 5 years) + 108000*PVF(12%, 5 years)
