Aboriginal Australian community are indegeneous community group that have different cultural and health belief that cause differences in health behavior and opinion from the normal system. This community experiences several issues in the normal health care system and inequalities due to uneven belief. The health is not considered to be one of most imlortant aspect in this culture and practices does not support health care access. Limited access and negative behavior leads to inefficacy among this group regarding health.

Australian Aboriginal communities usually are more prone to have high prevalence of infectious diseases such as HIV, TB and some cancers. The comorbid diseases are also common among these communities. This is because they are unaware and lacks educarion regarding health and does not have appropriate resources to use the services or access it effectively.

This community is head driven where community head plays a role and all the members take collaborative participation. In promoting health to this communith it is necessary to communicatw through the help of community head and their language. Moreover, the health promotion for this community can be done by using appropriate cultire inclusive interventions that will help them understand the need and change their health behavior.
