Healthcare workers are the professionals who work for the patients to care them ,to help them to revive out of the sufferings. They are the ones who spend most of their lifetime with patients. While providing care to the patients , healthcare workers should ensure that they are providing culturally acceptable care to their patients , should follow the the ethical principles and should treat and see every patient equally without discrimination on the basis of caste ,colour , creed , economic class . They have choosen a career in which they have to devote their most of the life in patient care so they should try hard to save and respect every patient .
