Answer: The social factors influences the health of the people in various ways. Some of the social causes are:

• Environment: Environment affects the person's health as it is necessary to live in a good place for being healthy. People living in poor environment such as poor sanitation etc. are the major cause of health disease.
• Socioeconomic status: People below the poverty level are unable to take a good care of their health. This makes them ill and unable to get proper healthcare.
• Psychological situation: Due to the poor economic status people suffers not only physically but their mental health becomes more worse due to pressure hence they suffers with the mental depression or trauma.
• Community: Community plays major roles as people in a good community are more concerned regarding their health conditions.
• Education: A proper education provides better opportunities to stay healthy. Sometimes uneducated people doesn't have proper food to eat, or clean place to live and these things contributes in the health issues.

Public health can play a role to minimise health issues are:

1. Public health workers encourage the people to live in a clean area or can clean the area where they live.
2. Public health workers can provide knowledge, information and encourage them to stay healthy by having good diet.
3. Making them aware about the benefits of being healthy can also reduce the risk of developing the diseases.
4. There are many government initiative school where people can send their children to study.
5. Making people much concerned about the locality and the community roles which causes health issues.
