Most of the traditional medical care have been found effective in some of the treatment or to cure side effects. At present many steps are being taken to improve the quality of traditional medical care. The use of traditional medical care can be reduce the side effects of chemotherapy. The traditional medical care includes yoga, meditation, herbal therapy as well as acupuncture.
Although these traditional medical care takes time to heal or show effects, it has low adverse effects. Meditation are now being performed by the people suffering from depression as it heals the mind and body. Nowadays acupuncture are used as a stress relief therapy. So, the healthcare system is focusing in the improvement of the patients by indulgence of the traditional medical care.
