It may also beneficial to the people to overcome with the major illness such as serious or chronic diseases for example, cardiovascular disease, cancer etc. This therapy involves comic stories, laughter exercise etc.
Yoga therapy includes meditation, different body postures etc. This therapy is used to provide physical as well as spiritual wellness. Yoga therapy can be used as alternative of the medicine in some of the cases. Yoga therapy involves physical activities such as trying different postures to get flexibility of the body etc.
For the client in a chronic pain, humour therapy can be most effective as it improves the sense of humour of the patient with the help of jokes and comedy. This therapy helps the patient to divert his mind from the illness and hence he will feel less pain.
