COO-Asn-Glu-Cys-His-Ser-Cys-Lys-NH3+

=pKa of COO- 3. pKa NH3+ 10

IF pKa is greater than pH, protonation occurs and vice versa.

Net charge=. - 1+0-1+0+0-1+0+0+0. = - 3 net charge
