It started with the using of mobile phones at bed time and slowly I got distracted with the stuffs in social media, which led to lack of proper sleep. |
Sitting for longer periods before desktop |
Slowdown of metabolism, increased risk of weight gain and heart disease, cholesterol, diabetes, causes back, neck and spine problems. |
It all started with my academics, as it required more of project works, I had no other option but to sit before desktop. |
Eating fast foods and bingeing on snacks |
Increased risk of cholesterol, heart disease, acne and skin problems, uncontrollable cravings, insulin resistance, extra calories, etc. |
Cravings for fast food made me try them and later it became a habit. |
