For the above reaction, H2SO4 is an acid (Sulphuric acid) and Na2CO3 is a base (Sodium carbonate) leading the formation of sodium sulphate (Na2SO4) along with the formation of byproducts such as CO2 (Gas) and H2O (liquid)
