Answer is option D

NaCl and Pb(NO3)2 both get dissociated and gives the following reaction, in which PbCl2 is not soluble.

Pb2+(aq)+2NO3-(aq)+2Na+(aq)+2Cl-(aq)-->PbCl2(s)+2Na+(aq)+2NO3-(aq)

On cancelling out the terms that dont take part in the reaction, we get option D as the net ionic equation
