To know m/m % of Na+ in food sample corresponding to the area under the curve which is 11899457 ,

we fist have to find calibration equation by plotting True m/m % of Na+ unrounded in Y-axis and Area under the curve in X-axis

Hence, The plot is

Area under the curve Calibration curve True m/m % Na^+ unrounded 7130230.5 0.23515007 24412348 0.746014388 33852664 1.0402507

The calibration equation is , y = 3 * 10-8 x + 0.0218 , and R2 = 1

So, now putting area under the curve 11899457 at x position in calibration we get,

y = 3 * 10-8 * 11899457 + 0.0218

=> y = 0.3788

Hence, for the corresponding area under the curve 11899457 , we get m/m % of Na+ unrounded is 0.378
