Answer #1

It depends on act to act, if cheating is in verbal words by saying lie then, we could not regard it as crime beverbal words by cause we all says lie at some point of time. However, cheating involves any fraud like cheating in property or making fool someone in financial transaction then it would be regarded as crime. However, legal judicial system always consider the intention of the offenders, it means whether cheating was done deliberately or by mistake.

If we steal someone's car then it is theft because stealing any property or belonging of other person is regarded as theft and comes within the ambit of crime. If we steal someone written words then we would regard it is as plagiarism. However, plagiarism is nor regarded as crime but it is treated like a fraud and punishment will be given under copy right or infringement right act.
