Statement 3 and 4 are correct.

Yellow portions are phospholipids which is the most predominant constituent of the cell membrane. It contains a glycerol backbone attached to two fatty acid chains. These chains extend towards the interior of the membrane while the polar head groups of phospholipids face the outside of the membrane. Such head groups can be carbohydrate head groups (like inositol head group).

The red portions are sphingolipids that are the second most abundant constituent of the cell membrane. It is a fatty acid derivative with a ceramide backbone attached to two fatty acid chains, helps maintaining membrane fluidity and are sites for cell signalling.
