Learning Theory:

Such an advertisement that tells overweight people to have some more exercises relates to behaviourism learning theory. As per this theory learning is learning is attained by acquiring new behaviour that is based on environmental conditions. In this case Behavioral or operant conditioning is taking place. Here response i.e. making overweight people to have some more exercises is achieved by reinforcing of stimulus i.e. advertisement.

Motivation Theory:

As per motivation theory, this advertisement helps in activating human behaviour to perform some more exercises by motivating overweight viewers to stay fit. In this advertisement motives of overweight people are influenced to attain high quality of motivation that can be sustained in long term. The goal of staying physically fit is considered as motivationally potent goal in this advertisement.

Freud theory:

As per Freud theory, individual's behavior is moulded by unconscious psychological forces that include desires and emotions. Here in this advertisement, the emotional response from overweight people is triggered and this will lead them towards doing more exercise.
