  1. Look on the brighter side. ( Evaluating the negatives aswell as the positive aspects of boss can give an overall idea and thus minimizing the negatives emotion towards the boss. Holding it will eventually lead to busting it out. Distracting and start missing the meeting is also not good for regulating negative emotions since he is a part of the company and it will negatively affect his attittude and productivity in the company.)
  2. Arousal. ( Optimal- arousal theory explains the role of curiosity in motivation. Curiosity is an attempt to explore the new things and thus the curiosity helps to maintain an optimum level of arousal to motivate the behavior)
  3. Disapproving attitudes toward overweight and obese people are not particularly harmful. ( Researches demonstrate negative attitudes and steriotypes towards overweight and obese people. This can lead to discrimination and prejudice toward these people and negatively impact the quality of care.)
