Answer #1

Biological approach is an effort to comprehend the human behaviour on the basis of the understanding of nervous system, the cellular aspects and the structural entities.

Physiology and genetics are the crucial streams in this context. Enquiry into inheritance is the part of this issue as well. The nature versus nurture debate creeps in too wherein the biological approach supports the nature side.

The above mentioned attributes influence the way we see people and situations. More positive or negative experiences than the routine ones around us in the real world can be better analysed through the study of biochemicals and brain.

For example, one of my peer's 8 years old son is very calm, quite and peaceful. Astonishing fact is that he regularly meditates. My friends and colleagues talk and share this always.

I feel that most of this has been the result of the hereditary aspects, genes and biochemicals. I initiated the interaction among peers and we came up with conclusion that up to much extent the child meditates because the father and the grandfather used to do it.
