2. EVOLUTION
Evolution = Descent with modification
Sexual reproduction is essential for evolution to occur.

3. RELATIONSHIP OF STRUCTURE TO FUNCTION
DNA is folded into nucleosome and higher-order structures in order to fit into the nucleus.

4. INFORMATION FLOW
Each daughter cell inherits the genome i.e. the information required for its growth and survival from its parent cell.
