I have always a interest in job of HR. I want to start my career with HR executive position. I research for the job title HR exective. The position of HR executive is very important in an organization because HR executive has the role to help in recruitment, selection, compensation, training and performance like functions.
In my research, i find that the responsibilities of an HR executive are design compensation package, develope HR policies, maintain HR budget, refferal program etc. the main surprising thing i find in this position that HR executive also need to understand and have knowledge of employment laws.HR must be good negotiator and resolve grievances.
