Answer #1

The oxydation states of sinle molecules are quite important to understand some bioprocess and molecular memories and techniques related to them. Here the florescence of the biological or chemical system under study may be related to its single molecules and their oxidation states. Hence 'single molecular level' is nothing but the experiment conducted and the results illustrated at the molecular level of a single chemical group in the system under study.

For example the florescence of a chemical or biologcal systems or emmitions of them is often depends up on the single type of molecule present on it. So the changes in that specific molecule may be considered as single molecular level.
