  1. Organizing is one of the management functions that synchronize the human, capital and financial resources of the organization in order to achieve the organizational objectives. Once the planning function of the management has been completed, organizing plays a critical role in distributing resources and organizing the employees to implement the plan. All the three resources, namely human, capital and financial resources play a major role in organizing the activities of the organization. In organizing function, the managers create a working relationship structure between the organizational members that allows them to work as a team and achieve the organizational objectives. In fact, the organizational structure is one of the outcomes of organizing. The employees are motivated, appropriate amount of workload is assigned to them, additional support like equipment and supplies are provided to them, capital funding is made that was planned previously, etc are all part of organizing function.

An organization is considered to be effective in terms of how effective it is in achieving the outcomes that the organization intended to produce. Effective organizations are result oriented either in terms of leadership, finance, people, work processes, culture and structure. In other words, organization produces the desired outcome or it produces without any waste (0 defects). The characteristics of an effective organization are high employee morale, great team work, effective sharing of goals, strong leadership, adapts to the fast paced changing environment, handles risks and poor performance effectively, etc.
