Who/what are your supports in your life ? How do you access these supports?

HELLO

As humans we cannot completely exist without support, for me genuinely it's my family and then a few of my friends and also I do seek support from my inner self before reaching out for support. I also trust the invisible support of the universe I almost feel like the intentions we set can also bring us support as everything is energy.

Firstly, family is a great way for me , when I know I cannot go any long without asking for help or support I will confess it to my family and know that they are always there for me. I do not however seek support from my friends a lot a specific friend I know I can count on will always help me. The easiest way to access support is to be unafraid to firstly ask for support, be authentic in seeking help and being able to communicate exactly what it is and the more we are clearer it is easy also be willing to receive the support.
