Answer #1

Depending on the situation the action that can be taken would need to be addressed properly if the use of a new software is to be done. However, in an ideal situation, a company structure is always based on familiar practices in order to complete the core processes. What this would mean in simple terms is that a company follows a set structure of a functional aspect of all the processes that need to happen in order for the company to work. Therefore, using beta or alpha versions of any software should be strictly prohibited in the company. But, at the same time, when a company is competing in a highly elastic market, it needs to indulge in utilizing the best possible, as well as new technologies and software in order to provide the company with an edge. That is why, unless the company is faced with such a decision process, the use of software should be done based on the structure, functionality as well as reliability, which beta software does not tend to provide.
