✓ if I was the manager of a department, that composed of about 35 people, I would use what's app, a social media tool, that helps to commute with members, by forming a digital group and share lot of information, images, documents and vedios, as well as make the members stay connected, with updated information.

I would want the employees to use it appropriately to share and receive business and organisational information, and only use the group if there is need to communicate non personal matters. No personal data, stories, images, vedios or jokes and irrelevant information should be shared.

The employees can easily report their work progressive and also ask for help anytime during the business hours and also stay updated with other's work process. They can received and send important documents, and enhance the cohesiveness. Organisation gets benefited with high performance and team work, with increased productivity, effective communication flow and no or lesser dysfunctional conflicts.
