ANSWER :

In the workplaces various generations are going to work at one roof of an organization. At work areas different generations of people are working with at present technology and its usage and handling is different from one generation to other generation. As a manager I would deal with the persons with effective communication skills and mild conversation with them. On conversation I will get an idea about the peoples acceptability of technological changes, its working methods, convenience, durability of the software, etc. I will approach with an individual from each group of generations to find out their different methods of usage practicing on the new technology and their cultures. Before starting the work it is very important to see whether all the people are properly trained to use the new software they got. Communication is the only way to solve the problem with technology and it will prove difficult between different generations about the methods of usage and techniques of media. FOR EXAMPLE : Communicating with a 50 year person of second generation about new technology become difficult for the person to understand the new things, and at certain times unknowingly their feelings may be hurt. He/she will take in a negative due to generation gap, seniority, egoistic. Hence communicating with various generations become difficulty
