Staff members will often complain about one another, maybe as "too old" to perform their job functions or "too young" to care about doing a job correctly? How do you manage the generations and their stereotypes to have a positive work culture that is inclusive for all yet remain efficient?

Answer: It is necessary to look after the organization and the people working there. It is mandatory to handle the negative stereotypes people because they create negative impact and atmosphere of the organization.

  • Making rules and regulations is necessary to reduce these kind of activities so that employees can concentrate on their work.
  • Making professional environment will decrease the negative activity.
  • Review the work progress per week or month as this will set a ultimatum for the employees to perform their work on time.
