Ans.1 Transformational leadership is a style of leadership in which a leader works with the team as a team member to identify the changes that are required to meet the set goals of the group

It mainly increase three things in the group motivation, morale and job performance by increasing the sense of presonal identity of the members and make them to learn how to connect personal identity with the identity of the company , be a role model for them to increase their interest in the project, challenging the members to take ownership of the work and understanding the strength and weakness of the program.

A) 1:- NO BODY IS ANSWERING MY CALL LIGHT :- Try to know the reason why the client is making call again and again to know the need of the client then find out the truth behind what client is saying, by talking to the staff and ensuring the client that this will not happen again and we will try to complete all your needs that are reliable and help to improve your health condition.

2:-From a physician x health care team is not as helpful as it should be:- Try to find the truth of both the parties by talking to them why they both are saying so and then make them understand the importance of our work that health care profession that why we have to work as a team a doctor 's better work performance is dependent on nurses ,lab professionals ,and other paramedical staff and if they will not work together patient's health and hospital reputation will be compromised.

3:-patient's husband walk in with a cane but she said he can't come to visit her because itsi too far from parking lot:- ensure the client that she don't need to worry about this hospital can help him regarding this and she can meet him daily in the visiting hours
