For finding out the hydridisation of an atom, you need to count the number of sigma bonds it has formed. Ignore the pi bonds becuase they are formed by sidewise overlapping of unhybridised p-orbitals. In the structure given for question six, hydrogens are not shown, make sure that you count the hydrogen if the carbon has any, before deciding about the hybridisation.
