CI 1 (R,E)-3-chlorohex-4-en-1-yne

Here, at 4th number carbon double bond is present that why we write 4-en and 1st number carbon have triple bond so we write 1-yne. At double bond both bulky group is trans to each other so it is E-alkene. And at 3rd carbon configuration is R-, so we write R-configuration.

Hence, first option is correct.
