Answer #1
  1. The performing organization is a weak matrix.

The attribute of weak matrix is that it is managed by the functional manager. In this matrix the project manager reports to the senior manager and co-ordinate between the senior management and functional management. In this matrix the project coordinator does not have authority for the budget management and has not been given many rights for taking a decision. Further he/she does not have much control over the project.
