Answering the first full question:

The concept of human resource development (HRD) from a Christian worldview:

Employees should be understood as a talent and not merely as a resource. Fairness and Equality are some universal values that are biblical views of nature. The increased attention on treating human resources on par with any other effort is increasing. There are consulting firms that rely solely upon human capital. Thus the human resources development practices are increasing with keeping Christian Worldview in mind.

1. Sharing View: The Bible has chapters on the sharing principle. The chapters talk about crops being shared by masses. When relating the concept to HRD, when the company does a good profit, the dividend must be shared among the employees. In fact, companies have started doing this these days mainly due to the dependency of the project on human capital.

2.Gleaning View: It is closely related to the sharing view. It deals with the proposition that the workers should glean maximum harvest when the harvest is abundant. The gleaning need not be monetary but can come in terms of intangible recognition or a promotion of post or an onsite opportunity.

3.Stranger and the equality View: The Bible states that no one is a stranger to god. Similarly, HRD should focus on keeping the work culture such that peer groups are very strong and no employee feels alienated. The HRD should also focus on eliminating the biases from work-place and each employee should be evaluated on his/her work.

4.Responsibility: The capitalist view is should be flown. Those who work must be eating. The HRD should reward only those who meet the expectations if the expectations have already been communicated.
