Two expectations of Environmental Management include the organisation's efforts to manage the impacts of its activities on the environment and reduce it as much as it can and also increasing the efficiency of its operations by making sure that there are smooth operations taking place. One of the major issues regarding environmental management are that some organizations do not comply with the standards and rules set by the government which it is expected to, to reduce the harmful effects of its activities on the environment and the other issue is that some organizations generate a lot of waste which is harmful for the environment.

Workers have the right to be safe at the workplace. They should not be exposed to any kind of risks of danger or hazardous environment involved with the activities in the workplace. Attention should be paid that the workers are healthy in the workplace, both mentally and physically.Workers should also be entitled to medical benefits in the organization. Some of the major issues involved with workplace safety include accidents that happen during transportation and also the use of cheap and unsafe plant and machinery.

Product safety is a very basic requirement. The expectations involved with product safety are good packaging that provides for the safety of the final product when being dispatched from the companies and reaching the actual consumers and also there should be clear guidelines of usage of the products that might be dangerous to use otherwise. Some of the problems that consumer face with regards to product safety are improper packaging and damaged products and also adulteration in case of food items where the producers add other products in place of the actual product to increase the weight of the final product.

The tops expectations/issues regarding service include the experience that the service provides where the customer has some expectation with the experience that he gets from the service but is often disappointed by it, and the other one is the speed of the service. In today's fast world, everyone looks for a fast service but is often disappointed by the delays by service providers.

Values and ethics in a workplace require the relations between the employers and employees to be good. There should be such a relation in which they both help each other and also provide their services in an efficient manner to help the organization achieve its goal. It also expects its employees to interact with other employees and also the consumers in an appropriate and polite manner. It is ethical to solve the problems and confusions in a systematic manner to avoid further conflicts in the organization.
