• Responsiblities of QM include determining , negotiating and agreeing on in house quality procedures, standards and specifications. Assessing patients Requirnment and ensuring that these are met.

2. Utility management: UM is a strategic medical facility as a means of monitoring, managing and reducing costs and requirements associated with utilities.

Roles and responsiblity:

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, best practices and utility management project opportunities.
• Synthesize - evaluate an array of long term options to address utility expense volatility with perspective analytics.

3. Review management: Statement recommendation intended to optimize patient care that are informed by a systematic review of evidence and an assessment of the benefits and harms of alternative care options.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Support functions including scheduling
• Assists in creating and editing documents including manuals policies and procedures and reports.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external meetings( minutes, hangouts, agenda)
