Integrated components of an organization are the product, process, quality, scheduling, facilities and the decision-making process of an organization. Analysis of all these components of an integrated system helps to authenticate the entire decision-making process. An analysis of the product details helps to gather a wide range of information about the product and the areas for quality improvement. Integration of a steady process promotes the efficiency to design decision-making properly. Integration largely matters in both quality and schedule to maintain consistency in the quality management process of an organization. Thus, an integrated design of decision making helps an organization to adopt suitable decisions which can align the aims and objectives of the organization.
Integration is an effective approach which maintains legal aspects, ethical considerations and quality management of an organization. Moreover, it promotes ethics in the decision-making process. People associated with this integration process are as follows:
• Owners of an organization
• Employees of an organization
• Suppliers of an organization
• Target customers
Techniques to support integration approach are mentioned below:
• Leadership: leadership is essentially required to promote integration in an organization. A proper leadership directs people of an organization to the right path and supports the decision-making.
• Communication: Communication is important to promote integration in an organization. The communication between employees and managerial is required to promote communication. Apart from that, consumer communication is also important to promote integration.
• Accountability: Accountability for the organizational goal is important for integration. Ethical maintenance of accountability for the organizational goal properly aligns the goals of integration.
