the linear momentum , P = m * v

the angular momentum , L = m * v * r

when the linear momentum is doubled without changing the radius of circle,

the magnitude of angular momentum is also doubled

2)

the angular momentum , L = m * v * r

the angular momentum is directly proportional to the distance from rotation axis when m and v are constant

if the radius of circle is doubled but the speed is unchanged

the angular momentum about P is doubled
