If P value > level of significance ( 0.10 ) then we accept Ho. and conclude that there is sufficient evidence that proportion is equal to 0.33 and

If P value < level of significance ( 0.10 ) then we reject Ho. and conclude that there is insufficient evidence that proportion is equal to 0.33
