Answer is C. The cell are multipotent stem cells.

because multipotent cells have been found in cord blood, adipose tissue, cardiac cells, bone marrow, and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) which are found in the third molar. In the given information, stem cell cause to specialize either red blood cell or white blood cell but not muscle cell or nerve cell. RBC and WBC have capacity to self renew by dividing and to develop into multiple specialized cell types.
