1Ans: In the past years, to achieve the goals of a company there won’t be any proper system which defines how to work, motivating people etc. So in order to achieve new processes, a new addon to work the managers will be very helpful to meet company or else industry needs. The manager leadership won’t be changed from years to years. The manager makes a continuous effort to make a company success.

2 Ans: -> Here are some points on how the leaders-relate that to the HRTM industry demanded as follows:

  • They need to develop their leadership skills for any organization of HRTM.
  • Need to have a proper idea on planning, organizing etc
  • As a leader, they need to have an accurate decision-making point.

-> For any company planning, execution etc plays a vital role in order to achieve the company's goals. Most of the time the success goes along with the execution. If it fails, the management evaluates more in planning etc. They know what were things go well.


3 Ans: Here are some manager roles as follows:

  • As managers have multiple knowledge they are involved in recruitment, training (motivating) etc.
  • Since they know the company well, they will be involved in marketing, brand promoting etc.
  • Solving the employee problems in work management
  • Planning targets and assigning to the people
  • In order to achieve success, they will be kept on making ongoing changes in their plannings for a company etc

4 Ans: In hospitality the ethics are taking care of others, true to yourself, helping others, responsibility etc.
