answer : Nemertea are hermaphrodites , and have temporary gonad ducts both for sperms and eggs , that is they , grow them when they want to fertilize , which is external , in water , and reabsorb them , when the reproduction is over.

.. benefit is that , these ducts only develop during the breeding season ,
