• Encourage teamwork by forming a group of skilled employees and explaining them the vision and objectives in clear terms.
• Show confidence in his/her followers and should believe their capabilities. This goes a long way in developing a committed workforce.
• Get down and work with the team instead of issuing orders. Working alongside the team helps in boosting their morale and improves their efficiency.
• Encourage members of the team to form meaningful relationships with each other which would facilitate communication and reduce misunderstandings. It would also help in improving the performance of the team.
