2. Autocratic Leadership: It is opposite to the democratic leadership style. In this style, the leader makes decisions without taking any input from the employees.

3. Strategic leadership: In this type of leadership style, the leader takes the main operations of the company and its growth opportunity into consideration before making any decision. His ultimate goal is to find the best direction for the company.

4. Laissez-faire leadership: In this leadership style, the leader allows his employees to handle the things the way they want. It is often found in new ventures or start-ups.

5. Transactional leadership: In this leadership style, the leader believes in rewarding his employees for their achievement. It helps in establishing clear roles and responsibilities and motivating employees to achieve goals.
