Situational Leadership is a type of leadership style that insights the subordinate ability. Situational leadership makes the subordinates to use their skills and abilities in task-oriented behaviors. Subordinates have responsibility for their own task-related behavior. So the situational leadership depends upon the maturity of subordinates and not on leader.
