Absorbance

In this experiment absorbance is the dependent variable since it changes based on concentration of enzymes

Enzhme activity depends upon absorbance value . Hence change in absorbance or increase in absorbance in the graph is measure of increase in enzyme activity

1 ml extract showed linear line showing absorbance if 0 to 1 in aporoximately 120 seconds

Since enzyme concentration alters the enzyme activity, it will be changed for every batch and it has to standardized
