For creating a Vision and Motivating Change in Organizational change, learning & development and knowledge sharing is the key activities to happen which not only removes any stress, fosters motivation and wellness among employees. Following can be tactically followed, depending on the nature and size of an organization:-

Designing a Training Module:

  • Needs Assessment- What existing knowledge do they have?/ What are the learners job related needs?/ What is the gap between what they know and what they need to know?
  • Training Implementation- Are all training resources prepared and details regarding the training addressed?/ Are the selected trainers ready to do the training
  • Training Development- What content needs to be created/ What appropriate activities need to be developed?/ What formative and evaluation instruments need to be created?
  • The Learners/ Audience- What do they need?/ What do they expect?/ How can training meet their learning needs?/ How can I as a trainer help them meet learning needs?
  • Training Design- What learning outcomes will meet the learners’ needs?/ What kind of training plan needs to be created?/ What resources are available?/ What are some potential challenges to this training?
  • Implement ADD
  • Assessment: What do your learners need to know to accomplish job related tasks?
  • Design: What will your training module look like?
  • Development: What content, learning methods, and resources will you need?
  • Make Instructional Plan- Training Program Title • Overall Description of the Training • Learning Outcomes • Length of Training • Target Learners • Overall Format for Training • Participant Requirements • Instructional Material and Aids needed • Logistical Issues • Content Outline
  • Conclude the training by presenting recommendations

Follow a Knowledge Management Strategy which should be able to bring following factors, in order to be successful:

  • Knowledge Sharing-     Explicit knowledge, IT systems and content management are crucial to achieve this
  • Tacit (embodied) knowledge- comes from company culture and technology practice
  • Embedded knowledge- includes scenario planning, action reviews, and management training
  • Knowledge Reuse: Involves creating, preparing, and actually reusing the knowledge
  • Knowledge Creation: collaboration of relevant information and data and creating suitable work related environments to access and apply knowledge

Knowledge Acquisition: comes from externally from customers, suppliers, competitors, partners, and mergers etc.
