QUESTION-1

ANSWER

The correct order in which these vessels arise from the aortic arch is

1. Brachiocephalic trunk artery,

2. Left Common Carotid artery,

3. Left Subclavian artery.

EXPLANATION

The Brachiocephalic trunk first and largest vessel that arises from the aortic arch.

The aortic arch is the region between ascending and descending aorta.

The brachiocephalic trunk is then subdivided into the right subclavian artery and right common carotid artery.

The right subclavian artery supply the blood to

  • Upper limbs,
  • Chest wall,
  • Shoulders,
  • Back,
  • Brain,
  • Spinal cord.

The common carotid artery supplies blood to neck and shoulder.

The left subclavian artery supplies blood to the left arm.

GOOD LUCK!!!
