The Hutton TLP was an early deep sea version of an offshore drilling rig that floated with mooring cables holding it in place(See image.). Six large hollow cylinders arranged along two sides provided buoyancy for the platform. Its total weight was 60,000 tons. The volume of the horizontal strut A connecting the two cylinders in front is approximately 75,000 and that for strut B connecting 3 cylinders shown on the side is 80,000 ft. Estimate the minimum cylinder diameter(ft) if the submerged depth of the cylinders is 95 ft.
