Observe carefully that the parsimonious tree 3 and 4 are exactly similar to each other.

Here in option 2 and 3, A and B clades are more closely related with D being the outgroup. Means option 4 also shows the same.

But in option 1, A and C clades are more closely related that is why it is different from the other three options.
